Can you pick up my dry cleaning if I’m not in the office or home?

Yes! We have designated pick up drop off stations in our offices and our drivers automatically check for bags. If you’re a residential customer, we service neighborhoods weekly and will check your front porch for a pick up.

How do I let you know that I have clothes that need to be picked up?

Unless you prefer to be on "will call" service, there is no need to alert us of a pickup request. We will check your office or home for a bag twice weekly.

What if I don’t need dry cleaning twice a week?

You use us only when you need us. Even if you rarely use dry cleaning, we are still happy serve you. Since we are servicing your entire office or neighborhood, it’s no inconvenience for us to check your doorstep or office.

What if it rains?

If you’re a residential customer, rainy days are usually not a problem because we deliver your clothes in protective covers. However, if the weather is extremely severe, we will hold your order until your next scheduled delivery day. You can also choose an "alternate" delivery spot (garage, back porch, etc.) where we can deliver in inclement weather.

Do I have to fill out an invoice every time I send in my clothes?

No, we do that for you!
